A Culture Nobody Can Resist…
Isn’t as hard to build as you might think!
By using ancient Biblical teachings that have stood the test of time, I’ve created a fail-proof process for creating a culture so attractive that:

You’ll need to create a candidate waiting list.

You’ll have to remind yourself and your employees to leave at 5 pm.

And you’ll see new members or customers showing up every week.
So what does an organization with a great culture look like?
You Know It When You See It
That organization that seems to have the most passionate members, to be effortlessly growing, and constantly moving forward. Whether it’s a church or a business, that environment is irresistible. You can tell that each member is truly living the organization’s core values, not because they have to, but because they want to.
A well-crafted culture increases customer loyalty, employee retention, and member engagement.
But How Does Something Intangible Impact an Organization So Greatly?
Without an authentic, well-crafted culture people lose motivation, scaling becomes harder with higher employee turnover rates, and the employees you manage to retain don’t care about driving the company forward. Worst of all, valuable members begin to lose faith in your organization. Many leaders worry about hiring the wrong people, as they neglect their existing team.
Consider the impact of employee turmoil due to cultural dysfunction.
$15,000
Cost of a bad hire
$30,000
Cost of losing a good employee
Those numbers are no joke.
Now imagine a company losing 10-20% of their workforce every year solely due to their culture. This isn’t a hypothetical, I once worked with a company who was losing tens of thousands of dollars each year just because they were churning through employees who weren’t inspired to stay.
The Mistakes Most Leaders Are Making
If you’re like many leaders I’ve worked with, you’ve probably printed out a generic mission statement and tacked it to the wall.
Or maybe you’ve spent lots of time thinking about what you want your culture to look like, but you’re having trouble seeing it acted out on a day-to-day basis. You may have turned to new strategies and processes in an attempt to grow your organization and engage your members.
If so, your intentions are in the right place, but you’re missing out on a key aspect: Culture isn’t one element of an organization, nor is it just a list of values, or a mission statement.
In fact there are 7 Elements of Culture.
Vision
Purpose
Core Values
Mission
Branding
Team
Authenticity
You can’t copy-paste another organization’s culture, no matter how successful that organization is. Many resources that deal with culture include just one or two of the elements, but every element needs to be tackled in order to create a lasting impact.
Why?
Because every organization is unique, and each of the 7 elements of culture will reveal a deeper clarity in your vision, allow you to scale in quality, not just quantity, and create the foundation for an unstoppable organization.
A Solution Rooted in Ancient Wisdom
We are unknowingly trying to fix these issues by treating the symptoms, not the root of the problem… And culture is the root of the fruit we experience in our organizations. No new gimmick, product, or surface-level initiative can buy engagement or happiness. These are bandaids that won’t heal a much deeper problem. That’s why this course relies on wisdom that has been proven to work for thousands of years. You don’t have to be a person of faith to benefit from the Biblical references I use–I have seen them transform sports teams and businesses of all kinds, from property management offices to coffee retailers.
